  • Authorise us to use, reproduce and handle that content as needed to design, proof, manufacture, and deliver your order.

Images of finished products may be used in our marketing or social media only where appropriate and respectful. If you do not want your item shared publicly, please advise us at the time of ordering or by contacting us, and we will respect your request where practicable.

12. Refunds & Returns for Custom / Engraved Items

Custom / Engraved / Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of engraving and custom products, change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges are not available on any item that has been customised, engraved, or made to order.

If we have made a genuine error (for example: incorrect spelling, wrong design, or incorrect product compared to your approved order), we will:

  • assess the issue, and
  • either remake, repair, or replace the item, or provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

You are responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, designs, and details provided to us are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors in information that you supply.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Privacy Policy or on our website is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation which cannot be excluded by contract.
